Your computer must meet these requirements
Minimum System Hardware Requirements.
Remote IT Subscribers
Network
Firewall and cloud management console must be installed at all locations, with administrator access provided to OPC, a separate quote will be provided for any required upgrades. Licenses on all hardware must be up to date.
Windows Workstation
- Intel Core i3 8th Gen or newer
- AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000 series) or newer
- Windows 10 Professional (Home is not permitted and you will be charged a licensing fee of $100 to upgrade)
- 16GB RAM (We will provide an upgrade if needed for the cost of the RAM)
- Gigabit ethernet
Linux
Hardware exceptions can be made for linux systems, will be considered on a case by case basis.
LTS Releases ONLY supported for all Linux/unix OSes
MAC
- 2019 or newer Mac hardware
- macOS Catalina (10.15.7) or newer
