What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?
Managed Service Providers are companies that bridge the gap between one industry and Information Technology (IT). We are able to look at a business organization and design the networks, computers, systems, and tools they use to do their work - instead of requiring that a small business hire their own IT department, we take care of all the headaches of IT, and usually for a much lower cost.
Why does my company need an MSP?

Can I just call you without having a contract?
Yes, though we require all non-contract customers to pay full price for labor and full retail price for any systems we provide. Additionally, non-contract customers are required to sign an indemnity/hold harmless agreement before any work can begin. Contracts were created to provide the customer with a full suite of services and products that make our jobs much easier at a price that can be predicted every month or year.
