Minimum System Hardware Requirements for Remote IT Subscribers.
Network
Firewall and cloud management console must be installed at all locations, with administrator access provided to OPC, a separate quote will be provided for any required upgrades. Licenses on all hardware must be up to date.
Windows Workstation
- Intel Core i3 8th Gen or newer
- AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000 series) or newer
Windows 10 Professional (Home is not permitted and you will be charged a licensing fee of $100 to upgrade)
- 16GB RAM (We will provide an upgrade if needed for the cost of the RAM)
- Gigabit ethernet
Linux
Hardware exceptions can be made for linux
systems, will be considered on a case by case basis.
LTS Releases ONLY supported for all Linux/unix OSes
Mac
- 2019 or newer Mac hardware
- macOS Catalina (10.15.7) or newer
